Depending on the floral origin, honey can be light or dark and tends to become solid due to a natural process called crystallization. Depending on the production area, honey acquires the characteristics of the flora where bees collect nectar (e.g. eucalyptus, orange, chestnut, etc.). When there is no particular flowering in an area, honey is called "wildflower". The photos on the site, therefore, are indicative and compared to them, the product delivered may present differences in terms of texture and color.
