Handmade naturally leavened panettone. This panettone is made from selected flours, butter and fresh eggs based on the traditional recipe of pastry chefs. Sweetened with little sugar and Italian honey. The dough is left to rise for approximately 20 hours and then cooked. Afterwards, it is left to dry for 24 additional hours and packed. The colour of the package may differ from the picture.
Handmade ratafia (sour cherry liquor) nougat, 250 g. It consists of sponge cake soaked in liquor and coated with chocolate. Ingredients: honey, almonds, glucose syrup, sugar, sponge cake, wafer, fresh egg white, sour cherry liquor (20%). Outside: cocoa paste, sugar, cocoa butter, flavouring. Emulsifier: soya lecithin, cocoa 50% min.
