Honey vinegar cl. 50
This vinegar is made from a good mead (honey wine). From the introduction of the mother acetaria in the mead, about 8/10 months pass for the process to be completed. The product does not undergo artificial filtration, it settles naturally, so it remains alive and intact. In this way, consumed regularly, it contributes to the regulation and well-being of the intestinal flora. It is a rarity of its kind, it can be enjoyed above all in salads, but also in many other dishes. It would also be possible to supply it with a "personalized" label, for at least 12 bottles.
