Manual capping press, diam. 250 mm, with stainless steel basket and painted metal structure. Very useful to easily take out honey residues from cappings.
Manual capping press, diam. 250 mm, with stainless steel basket and painted metal structure. Since both the stainless steel basket and the collection basin are made of stainless steel, all recovered honey is assimilable to honey obtained by centrifugation in the extractor. The screw that causes the squeezing of cappings is "outside the cage" and is not trapped in pressed wax. Therefore, the exhausted residue can be extracted easily. The wax disk formed after honey pressing is removed from the cage by raising the latter after loosening the pressure screw enough and fixing it by the two hooks of the upper circle, with a little rotation, to the two eyes welded to the capping press fixed structure. By screwing the pressure screw again, the pressed wax is discharged from the cage floor in the shape of an almost dry disk to be melted in the wax melter.
