Loose flower pollen (price per kg.)

Granules show different colours, according to the flower of origin, and their smell reminds of hay. Pollen contains many useful substances for our body, for instance: mineral salts, carbohydrates, fats, 20-30% proteins and essential amino-acids. It is also rich in trace elements, the content of iron is the same as meat and cheese and is the main source of zinc. Levels of potassium, magnesium, silicon, sulphur, copper, fluorine and selenium are very good too. Vitamin C reaches 570 milligram/kg, the highest concentration in nature. In addition, it contains almost all vitamins that our body needs. Pollen can be dissolved in lukewarm water or added to cold or hot drinks or to yoghurt. It can also be eaten without mixing it. It is recommendable to have one or two tablespoons of pollen per day. Keep in a dry place, far from heat sources.
