Honey drier with slow-rotating stainless steel disks immersed in the honey to treat and fixed to a horizontal shaft inside a tank. It reduces the honey moisture content by means of forced dry air between the disks covered with a thin honey film. It works at room temperature, i.e. without any harmful heating of the product. It reduces moisture by 1%/3 hours of operation for 300 kg of honey, without modifying HMF and diastase.
