Double-walled honey blender, 600 kg capacity. Stainless steel, double-walled honey blender, 600 kg capacity, with stainless steel gate. Bain-marie water heating is obtained by a 2000W watt electric resistor with a thermostatically controlled resistance screwed on the side on the double bottom. The inner bottom is inclined towards the honey gate to ensure complete of the tank. The 2 stainless steel 250 mm diam. propellers are fitted on an inclined shaft, adjustable in height, and controlled by a 1100W three-phase motoreducer at 50 RPM.
