Obviously the dispenser can only be used when the honey is fluid. If the honey is crystallized, it must be melted in a bain-marie, without exceeding 40°. To make it work well, you need to load it, pumping very slowly, until the honey clearly comes out. By pumping too quickly, you risk not loading it.
