Fully automatic DV4 professional uncapping machine for Dadant combs with automatic collector. It quickly and precisely uncaps 10 frames per minute with automatic descent of the frames via motorized chains. It has horizontally oscillating serrated knives heated by electric resistors with a high-precision thermostat. It uncaps both sides of the comb simultaneously. The knives are equipped with an adjustable device that also allows for "under-wood" uncapping.
